MAKEUP POLICY

DROP PROCEDURE
If you wish to remove your child from a class(es) this must be done via the customer portal prior to the 4th of the month to avoid direct debiting.
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS A CLASS. If a student is absent from a class without explanation for more than two consecutive weeks Invert Sports Centre will contact you to confirm that you wish to retain your space in this class. If contact can not be made your student may or may not be removed from the class and if Invert Sports Centre is not notified of the drop direct debiting may continue.
WHAT TO WEAR
Students must wear sport appropriate clothing, this may include but is not limited to, t-shirts, shorts, crop tops, bike shorts, leotards, unitard, tracksuit pants. Please avoid wearing clothing with excessive buttons or zippers, dresses, or denim. Please avoid wearing excess jewellery, Invert Sports Centre takes no responsibility for the loss or breakage of these items. Chewing gum is not permitted within the facility. Hair must be neatly pulled back away from the face, and held securely for the entirety of the class. If a student arrives without their hair tied back, a hair tie will be provided and they will be expected to tie their hair back, assistance will be provided if required. At the end of each quarter any lost property that is not marked with a students name will be disposed of. Students should not wear shoes during classes, socks are optional.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the main entrance of the building to your car. During peak times the street is very busy. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car. Please do not park your car in front of any driveway along the road, doing so is an offence and Invert Sports Centre takes no responsibility of other business in the area requesting your car be towed away.
BEHAVIOUR
All forms of bullying, whether physical, mental, cyber, implied, or threatened is not permitted. Any student found to be breaking this rule will have their caregiver contacted and asked to leave the premises. Vandalism of club property will not be tolerated and may result in charges being applied to your account. Smoking is not allowed in or around Invert Sports Centre facilities or grounds. Injuries must be disclosed to Invert Sports Centre staff upon entrance to the facility, open cuts or abrasions must be covered. Invert Sports Centre reserves the right to restrict or limit skills at any time for the safety of the participants. Invert Sports Centre has the right to deny entry to any person(s).
